PreVision is a scalable, highly customizable landscape-change prediction tool and monitoring application. GEOTERRA360 is developing it in collaboration with Another Earth.ai. The platform is designed to shift teams from reactive monitoring to proactive forecasting by simulating how projects will impact their surrounding environments.
The tool runs continuous analysis and forecasts the environmental changes tied to project activity, including the effects on nearby settlements and infrastructure. Because it brings visual data together with non-spatial data, it can model both the risk of environmental change and the financial cost that follows, and it does this even in remote operational areas, where monitoring on the ground is limited. Its interface is built to keep simulations simple and to give teams results they can act on.
The value shows up across several parts of an operation. For biodiversity, PreVision supports offset planning and lets teams run detailed rehabilitation scenarios. For ESG, it takes on much of the monitoring and reporting, so a company can show compliance over time with less of the overhead an ESG audit usually carries. On the financial side, it makes the risks that future environmental change carries visible, and seeing them early helps operators cut operating costs (OPEX) and build the long-term resilience that also gives investors more confidence. Early testing and the first feature customisations are aimed at mining and construction.
